For national & jurisdiction-level inspectorates

Modernise your national inspection lifecycle. End-to-end.

EDUINSPECT360 is a configurable inspection management platform for education ministries and national inspection bodies — covering pre-inspection preparation, evidence capture, report drafting, QA and approval, publication, and improvement tracking, in one system. Built around your framework, not a UK-only model.

The inspection lifecycle

From pre-inspection to improvement tracking — one connected process.

National inspection bodies typically manage this lifecycle across separate spreadsheets, shared drives, and paper forms. EDUINSPECT360 is designed to bring every stage into a single, auditable workflow.

1

Pre-inspection preparation

Framework, inspection team, and schedule set against your own national or jurisdictional inspection calendar.

2

Evidence capture

Inspectors record observations, judgements, and supporting evidence against your indicator framework — in the field, as the inspection happens.

3

Report drafting

A structured draft report is assembled from the recorded evidence and judgements — reviewed and completed by the lead inspector.

4

QA and approval

A defined review and sign-off chain — through your quality assurance role and up to final approval — before any report is issued.

5

Publication

The finalised report is issued to the school or institution, with a clear factual-accuracy and response stage built into the workflow.

6

Improvement tracking

Findings and follow-up actions are tracked over time, so the inspectorate can see progress across its portfolio, not just a single visit.

Your framework

Configured to your inspection framework — not hardwired to ours.

EDUINSPECT360's inspection engine is designed to be framework-configurable from the ground up. A national inspectorate maps its own evaluation areas, judgement scales, and inspection cycles into the platform — it does not have to adapt its methodology to fit a UK model.

Your evaluation areas

Define the domains and indicators your framework inspects against — configured to match your national standards, not a fixed UK template.

Your judgement scales

Grade descriptors, terminology, and scoring bands configured to your jurisdiction's own inspection language and reporting conventions.

Your inspection cycles

Full inspections, thematic reviews, or follow-up visits — scheduled and tracked against the cycle your inspectorate actually runs.

This is architected as the platform's foundation, not a retrofit — the framework engine is designed to be configured for a new jurisdiction rather than rebuilt.

Simon Bell

CEO & Founder, EDUINSPECT360 Limited
"Before founding EDUINSPECT360, I developed the national school inspection system for Jamaica's National Education Inspectorate, working as a consultant through Mott MacDonald and Cambridge Education. That work is where I learned what a national inspection system actually needs to hold up — from the framework design down to how an inspector uses it on the ground."

As a consultant on that programme, I worked directly with a national education ministry and its inspection body to design and deliver an inspection system that could operate at country scale — its own framework, its own workflow, and its own reporting model, not an adaptation of someone else's.

Earlier in my career I worked on Cambridge Education's Ofsted inspection systems, giving me a second, contrasting reference point for how a mature, high-volume inspection framework is structured and run.

EDUINSPECT360 draws on both of those experiences. It is not built around one country's framework with everything else bolted on afterwards — it is built to let a national or jurisdiction-level inspectorate configure its own framework from the start, the same way I had to design one from the ground up in Jamaica.

Built for your context

The questions a ministry or inspectorate's IT and security team will ask.

National and jurisdiction-level deployments bring their own governance requirements. Here is how EDUINSPECT360 is built to meet them.

Data segregation & residency

Multi-tenant data segregation

Every jurisdiction's data is isolated at the platform level — no cross-tenant access, by design.

Data residency agreed at contract

Hosting region is agreed with you at contract stage, not fixed in advance — including in-country hosting where required.

Governance & accountability

Human-approval gate on every AI output

AI assists with drafting and evidence structuring; a qualified person reviews and approves before anything is published.

Append-only audit log

Every action affecting inspection data is logged and never overwritten — a permanent record for accountability and audit.

EDUINSPECT360 is being built to meet Cyber Essentials Plus, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. A data processing agreement and technical documentation pack are available for procurement review.
