Pre-configured for the 2025 Ofsted framework.
EDUINSPECT360 is purpose-built around the November 2025 Education Inspection Framework. Every evaluation area, every evidence requirement, every grading category — mapped, structured, and ready from day one.
This page details the UK Ofsted EIF preset. EDUINSPECT360's framework engine is not locked to the Ofsted model — a national inspectorate configures its own evaluation areas, judgement scales and inspection cycles.
What changed — and what it means for your organisation.
The November 2025 EIF represents the most significant change to school inspection in England in over a decade. Single-word grade outcomes have been replaced by multi-area report cards across eleven distinct evaluation areas.
Before: Single-word grades
One overall effectiveness grade plus four sub-judgements: Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement, Inadequate. Simple to communicate but limited in diagnostic value. Schools often focused resources on the single grade outcome rather than specific areas of practice.
After: Multi-area report cards
Eleven evaluation areas, each assessed independently. Far greater transparency and diagnostic depth — but significantly more evidence to coordinate, gather, and report against. Inspection teams managing this without a digital system face a substantial new administrative burden.
Every area. Pre-configured. Evidence-ready.
EDUINSPECT360 includes structured evidence templates for all eleven evaluation areas in the November 2025 EIF. Each template includes pre-built observation prompts, grade descriptors, and evidence upload fields aligned to Ofsted's published criteria.
Configurable for your own quality assurance frameworks.
Your starting framework is the foundation, not the ceiling. EDUINSPECT360 lets you build custom frameworks on top — for local authority quality assurance visits, MAT deep dives, governor monitoring, or international inspection programmes.
Local authority QA visits
Configure bespoke framework templates for advisory visits, headteacher reviews, and governor support meetings — distinct from formal Ofsted inspections but using the same evidence-based workflow.
MAT internal assurance
Multi-tier frameworks for MAT quality assurance cycles. Central team oversight with school-by-school evidence tracking and trust-wide trend reporting for the executive and board.
International frameworks
Adaptable to international education inspection models. Custom grade descriptors, multilingual support, and exportable report formats for international deployments beyond the UK.
EDUINSPECT360 is updated in line with every Ofsted framework revision. When Ofsted publishes new inspection criteria or guidance, we update platform templates so your authority is always working to the current standard — at no extra cost.
